Terms of service

Using this service means you accept the following. It is short — please read it, especially the section on what you may not do.

1. The service

This service takes a photo you upload and produces a short looping video from it using an AI model. It is currently free: three runs per day without an account, unlimited with a free account. We may adjust the free allowance.

2. What you may not do

The following are explicitly prohibited. We will delete the content and disable the account:

• Uploading a photo of another person without their consent. Making someone's face perform actions they never performed can infringe their likeness and personality rights
• Producing misleading fabrications, including making public figures or politicians appear to do or say things they did not
• Uploading photographs of minors unless you are their guardian
• Uploading sexual, nude, violent, hateful or harassing content (uploads are screened automatically for nudity; violations are blocked and deleted)
• Uploading copyrighted photographs you have no right to use
• Automated bulk access, circumventing the usage limits, or otherwise interfering with the service
• Using the output for fraud, impersonation or any unlawful purpose

3. Rights

• The photo you upload remains yours (or its rights holder's); we claim nothing
• The generated video is yours, including for commercial use
• We never use your results for demos, promotion or any public purpose
• You must ensure you had the right to use the original photo

4. The nature of AI output

The video is generated by a model. It is not footage of something that happened. The model can produce distorted features, unnatural motion, or details that don't match the source. Do not treat the output as evidence of anything, and please make it clear to viewers that it is AI-generated when you publish it.

5. Disclaimer

This service is provided "as is" by an individual developer, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from its use.

6. Interruptions and changes

The service runs on a single machine and may be interrupted by maintenance, power cuts, hardware failure or other causes, without notice. We may modify or discontinue it at any time. Results are retained for seven days and then deleted automatically — download what you want to keep.

7. Accounts

Keep your credentials safe. We will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us via the contact page. Accounts that breach these terms may be disabled without prior notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China).
