When reporting a problem, include this

Generation problems are usually specific to the photo, so I need enough to reproduce it:

• Roughly when it happened (to the minute is fine)
• Which motion you chose
• Roughly what the photo was like: portrait or landscape, person or animal, how large the face was
• The full text of any error message on screen
• Phone or computer, and which browser

Deleting your data

To delete a specific result or your whole account, tell me your username or the URL of the result. Everything is deleted automatically after 7 days anyway, so if it isn't urgent you can simply wait. See the privacy policy.

Reporting misuse

If you find that someone has used this service to produce content that infringes your likeness rights, contact me immediately with the URL. These reports are handled before anything else.

Feature requests

The most requested items so far are already on the list: selectable length, more animal motions, batch upload. If you want something else, the more specific the better — "I'd like a 10-second option" is far more useful than "make it longer".

Response time

This site is maintained by one person around a day job, not by a support team. General questions usually get a reply within a few days; likeness complaints and deletion requests are prioritised. If you have heard nothing after a week, send it again — it may have landed in spam.
